Who We Are

In the fall of 2009 Northwest Fresh Seafood Company began supplying fresh seafood to some of Oregon’s finest restaurants. The vision was simple – to provide chefs with the freshest seafood available. So we built relationships with local fishermen and suppliers to secure the finest and freshest catches every day.

Fresh seafood brought in daily quickly connected with a demand from retail customers and since 2009 we have earned the trust of discerning chefs and a reputation with retail customers as the Northwest’s freshest seafood.

For us “success” is being radically fresh, radically fun and radically generous. These values shape who we are and what we do everyday.

Our goal

Deliver the freshest seafood and best product available.  This means watching markets and communicating with fishermen every day. It means leaving before the sun comes up so that we can find the best product for our chefs and our retail market. It means ensuring a fresh today while preserving a fresh tomorrow. Delivering the freshest seafood is a challenge. We love a challenge.
